NewsHip-hop barbecue events announced for US citiesA series of special hip-hop barbecues have been announced for three US cities throughout July and August. Zune 'Live At The BBQ' will take place in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago and will feature performances by Common, Mos Def, Clipse and Lupe Fiasco among others. Lil' Jon, David Banner and Cham are also on the bill for events which will kick off July 12 in Los Angeles. Additional artists and venues will be confirmed closer to the shows. The dates are: Los Angeles, CA (July 12) Chicago, IL (21) New York, NY (August 4) The Pigeon Detectives top NME Chart The Pigeon Detectives have topped the NME Chart tonight (May 27). 'I'm Not Sorry' has knocked Gallows 'Abandon Ship' off the top spot. New entries on the chart come from The Killers at Number Four with 'For Reasons Unknown', Queens Of The Stone Age at Number Six with 'Sick, Sick, Sick', Editors at Number Seven with 'Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors', Cold War Kids at Number Nine with 'Hospital Beds' and The Enemy at Number Ten with 'Had Enough'.
